10-5-1 what does the 1 stand for in a football...
...season record? i know it sounds stupid & its probably really easy/ or obvious but ive never known what it stands for.. im working on homework & i need help with this .so can anyone tell me?

-that score is just an example..

The record is wins- losses- ties. The record in your example shows 1 tie score.

it stand for how many games the team tied in. in this case the team won 10 games, lost 5 games, and tied in 1 game.
